I'm a managing broker with Sotheby's International Realty. Working together for the first time, Chaz helped my client close two simultaneous single-family home purchases. Unusually tricky due to our shared client's complicated financial picture, coupled with a challenging double-lot situation on one of the homes -- pulling these two purchases off required significant resource and creativity. Chaz worked hard to overcome several obstacles, including the mid-stream pivot from a non-Qualified Mortgage product to a Qualified Mortgage product on one of the two homes... a situation in which many mortgage advisors would have wilted.
