Lisa Pearce

As a Mortgage Planner, I offer more than a traditional loan officer for both purchases and refinances. My role is to integrate your mortgage into your personal financial needs and to help you understand your loan in the context of your overall financial goals and the current economic cycle. You will take those first steps towards financial self-reliance. 

I was born and raised in southern California and graduated from the University of California, Davis, in 1981. My career began with Nordstrom in 1986 in sales, followed by Risk Management. In 2003, I made a career change into the mortgage industry. I became a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist in 2006. 

I currently live in Snoqualmie, Washington with my husband, while my son and daughter are now building successful adult lives of their own. In my spare time, I enjoy destination vacations, cooking and entertaining, gardening and major house projects.
