I have a mortgage planning meeting with each of my clients to go over their current financial situation and to establish what major milestones are likely to occur in the coming years. Like children, marriage, college for children, retirement all of these major life events play a large roll in your personal finances, a mortgage is a long term investment so we need to consider long term goals in our calculation for home ownership. I then come up with a plan to help boost your financial literacy and help you with strategies to help create wealth through home ownership.
