Kristina is well educated on all loan options and explained them to us thoroughly. She always responded timely and in detail. When we did not understand something, Kristina was patient. Some mortgage lenders are extremely pushy, but Kristina is honest and gives you all the information a home buyer needs to make an educated decision.Choosing a financial institution requires trust and Kristina has high integrity and is very trustworthy.
