Kerry Travers

Kerry has been working in the real estate industry for 25 years. She began her career purchasing and renovating home for investment and entitling and developing land for future growth. She later became a licensed real estate broker serving the Greater Puget Sound region. This ultimately led her into her lending career in the field of commercial finance where she creatively financed new construction, land development, Seattle in-fill and multi-family projects throughout Washington and Oregon serving builders, investors, agents, and brokers throughout the region. She has an expansive network of industry professionals she collaborates with and cultivates relationships with daily.

In 2020, Kerry realized that the root of her passion stemmed from educating and guiding people to build wealth through homeownership. She believes that exuding the highest level of integrity, communication, service, and transparency are the most important aspects to earning lifelong trust and respect from everyone she has the pleasure to serve. She knows that homeownership is the biggest financial decision a person will make in their lives, and she does not take that lightly. She believes that the customer experience should be exciting, educational, exceptional, and rewarding and that everyone deserves a tailored experience to fit their unique situation. Kerry is here to ensure that happens. She is always an advocate for her clients and is dedicated to the best-in-class service as it is a direct reflection of her character.

Kerry was born and raised in the Pacific NW. She grew up in Ballard and moved to the Lynnwood/Edmonds area in high school. She received her AA degree from Shoreline Community College and completed additional studies at Western WA University. She moved to the Eastside 25 years ago. She has 3 beautiful daughters with whom she loves to spend time with as much as possible, being teens and young adults, it’s hard to keep them in one place for very long! They are her WHY. Kerry loves anything health, nutrition and fitness related, skiing, hiking, running and basically anything outdoors.
