I had a great experience getting my loan from Guild mortgage thanks to Amy Young. Through the entire loan process Amy was there for me. She answered countless questions that I had and would respond so fast whether I was reaching out via email or phone. This was my first time buying a house and seeing all the overwhelming paperwork that goes along with it. So I had a ridiculous amount of questions that may seem to have obvious answers if you have been through the process before, but since I hadn't I asked them all. Not once did she make me feel dumb for asking her to take me step by step through the paperwork and she explained it until I had a comfortable understanding.
