He made the mortgage loan process easy: Brandon took the heavy lifting regarding the process, communication and advice so that I knew where I stood and I knew what I needed to do to keep the process going. Getting a home has moments where things move very quickly and you need a team of experts to move you through that process so it works to your benefit especially if there are multiple people vying for the same home. 2) He kept me informed: I didn't have to lean on my own understanding for everything. He'd explain areas I didn't understand or relay again when I needed to hear the information over.
