I do not typically do reviews. That being said, it is important to me to write this concerning my most recent interaction with Guild Mortgage and particularly Abram Nielsen. I say “most recent interaction” as I have worked with both previously. When I contacted Abram’s office, I was greeted warmly, as an old friend and at the same time always very professional and knowledgeable. I explained what I needed and the timeframe I was hoping for. Again I found Abram very easy to work with and his professionalism never let me down. I found him impeccable with his word. I was kept informed by Personal phone calls, text and email through the entire process. I was told ahead of time if there was another person within the office that would be handling any portion of my particular case; and in that case, Abram was always available and I knew and trusted he was continuing to work with me to completion. I was very grateful with the accuracy and amazing speed at which my transaction was completed. And was such ease! I highly recommend Abram Neilson to anyone looking for anything related to Mortgage. What a difference he always makes. Again it’s my absolute pleasure to get to write this review.
