On the very first conversation I had with Ray, it was obvious that I could trust him. I also met Julie Dirk from Guild Mortgage and found that she was someone that I could put my trust in. I had two properties that I was looking to purchase at the same time, one was a 2nd home and the other one was an investment property. Each property required different approaches and I am so glad Ray and Julie both went above and beyond to make sure that I was given the best options available.
