About Me

I have over 25 years of experience as a mortgage professional. 
 
Over this time period, my experience has included and still includes recruiting, training, management, and education, but the vast majority of my day- to -day business is originating mortgage transactions. 
 
I originate a very diverse range of mortgage products/programs including, but not limited to, the following:  
Conventional, FHA, VA, HomeReady and HomePossible, USDA Rural Housing, Washington Home Advantage, and Jumbo.  
 
I work with a wide variety of clients depending on their financial situation and current housing needs.  
 
The majority of my clients are purchase clients, ranging from the millennial first-time home buyer to the real estate investor to the boomerang buyer ( a former homeowner who lost his or her home to foreclosure in the 2008-2011 housing downturn and who are now able to qualify for financing).  
 
For refinance clients, their situations range from wishing to lower his or her interest rate and payment to a desire to pull cash out for home improvements to one needing to refinance due to a divorce situation.  
 
With these vast array of products, coupled with my very diverse client base, there are very few situations that I have not encountered or challenges that I have not been able to overcome for my clients.  
 
My simple motto is: I don't just get the job done. I go above and beyond.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.
FHA

FHA

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.
