As a mortgage loan officer in Vancouver, WA, I have been dedicated to the financial industry since 2011. My passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and my commitment to excellence led me to pursue a career in the mortgage industry after proudly serving in the United States Army. I specialize in VA loans, ensuring that veterans and active-duty service members receive the best possible mortgage solutions. Additionally, I have extensive experience assisting first-time homebuyers navigate the complexities of purchasing their first home, and I offer expert guidance on refinance options to help clients optimize their financial situations. 

Being a father and veteran, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a mortgage loan officer. I understand the importance of financial stability and security, and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. My dedication goes beyond the transactional aspects of my work; I take the time to truly understand my clients’ individual needs and goals, providing personalized solutions to meet them.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.
FHA

FHA

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.
VA

VA

If you’re an active member of the military or a veteran, a VA loan can help you save money with no down payment and lower closing costs. VA loans also have lower interest rates, meaning you’ll save money over the life of your loan. A VA loan is a program created and guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) specifically for eligible military veterans, service members and their spouses.

Lets be honest, when is purchasing a home not a roller coaster of emotions? Chris was wonderful to work with and saved us SO much money in so many dif ways! Right off the bat impressed us with his lender rate buydown offer of 1% which saved us over $4k! He also strategically timed the market, floating our rate then locking it in at the right time to save us almost $6k! Thirdly, saved us $1,620 through their Payment Protection program, which includes a rate-and-term refinance within the next 12 months. On top of all that, Chris saved us $80 by using one of his recommended insurance brokers for our HOI. Altogether, just shy of $12k in savings!! Looking forward to possible more saving when we refinance in the next 12months! I am SO THANKFUL and appreciate all Chris and his team has been able to offer us and walk us through this process!

Chris was awesome. We had a bit of a unique situation with getting into a new home. He was very proactive with every step of our loan to make sure we were able to overcome hurdles very easily and were ahead of the game in many situations. Even when we encountered unforeseen things he talked us through them and did everything he could to make things easier for us. He definitely went above and beyond to get us through this process and I was extremely grateful for everything he did for us. I am hoping not to have to go through the home buying process again anytime soon but I would go through Chris again because of how great he was with me this time.
