Communication along the way towards the closing table
The requirement to split the second lot into a second transaction was very concerning. I have done the same kind of transaction with the same property layout ( a second lot included) and have never had to split them out. Among agents, we have commented in the past if there is a weird rule or way to make a transaction difficult, underwriting at Guild will find it. Brian handled everything perfectly and this has nothing to do with his services. Guild underwriting is usually the hiccup.
What a great experience! I've now used Brian for 2 homes on separate occasions and both of those were equally as great. He made it easy and as enjoyable as that process can be really. Should I find myself looking for a new home I know exactly who I'm going to call. Thank you again!!
