I am writing this review specifically because of the outstanding service and attention to detail that was provided to me by Garrett Mitchell and his team at Advantage First Lending. During our first contact it immediately seemed as if I was the only client Garrett had. He sent me a list of documents he would need to process my request and I was able to gather the documents almost immediately and send them to him. That was the only time he requested any documents - no last minute telephone calls or emails requesting immediate action be taken by me before processing could be completed. In addition to Garrett and his team's thoroughness right out of the gate they were also able to close my loan quicker than anticipated which was nice. I highly recommend Garrett and his team for home financing.
