Charlie Asmar

Charlie Asmar is a 3rd generation Washingtonian with deep roots in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. A graduate of Gonzaga College High School and Salisbury University, Maryland, DC, and Virginia has always been home to Charlie. As a dedicated mortgage lender with 8 years of experience in the industry, Charlie specializes in helping first-time homebuyers find the perfect financing options to fit their needs. Charlie also has a variety of jumbo options for those experienced homebuyers looking for more space, which allows him to secure the best possible rate for his clients. Outside of work, Charlie is a passionate supporter of all DC Sports teams, an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with his wife Alex and their dog Arthur, often taking early morning walks in Rock Creek Park. Charlie also spends his free time giving back to the community, where he is actively involved with The Washington Jesuit Academy,  which provides a high quality and comprehensive education to 4th - 8th grade boys from underserved D.C. Metro communities
