Hi there! I’m excited to help you with your home loan needs. My name is Andrea Trout and I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2003. Over the years, I’ve specialized in first-time buyer programs, VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional loans.
Growing up in a military family and being married to a police officer, I have a deep appreciation for the service and dedication of our armed forces and first responders. This personal connection drives my commitment to helping those who serve our community and country.
I live in Ellicott City, MD, with my husband, our two boys, and our dog. When I’m not working, I love watching my boys play sports, especially basketball and golf. I also enjoy walking my dog, reading, and painting.
While much of my business is in Howard County, Anne Arundel County, and Carroll County, I’m licensed to serve clients in MD, DC, VA, PA, and FL. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or looking to refinance, I’m here to guide you through the process with expertise and care.
