About me
I am originally from Corning, New York, and I grew up playing lacrosse at Corning East High School. I was recruited to the University of Delaware and graduated with a degree in business. After graduation, I headed to Baltimore, Maryland, and started working in the financial industry with Loyola Savings Bank as a retail banker and then moving on to Commercial Lending and Financial Services. In 1998, I was lucky enough to move to the Delaware beaches with my wife and two girls. I continued to work in commercial and residential construction financing. In 2000 I switched exclusively to the residential lending industry focusing on new construction and working directly with builders.

The process was very easy.
At the end of the day we got the loan and purchased the house. But as stated earlier, it would have been nice to discuss the rates throughout the process and not settling for the rate at 30 days. I think we could have had a lower rate
