About Me

My background in mortgage lending began in 1979. I have worked both in the operations side (processing and underwriting) as well as sales. In addition to my NMLS ID, I currently hold a Direct Endorsement from FHA. I specialize in Renovation and Construction to Perm financing and trained underwriters in those areas as well.

I have a passion for Renovation and new construction. I make myself available to those who may have questions about the type of financing they may be interested in.

My goal is to make sure that you receive the loan program that best suits your needs. I want to share in your dream of making your home, YOUR HOME

·        Financing based on an appraiser’s estimated “After Improved Value” of the property.
