20-Year Mortgage Pro & Sacramento Local Financing Dream Homes

Helping families with transparent, honest mortgage solutions in Sacramento.

About me

With 20 years in the mortgage industry, I’m here to make finding the perfect financing for your dream home a breeze. I’m all about sharing knowledge and keeping things transparent and honest, so you can feel totally at ease throughout the process.

When I’m not closing loans or leading my awesome team as the Roseville branch manager, you’ll find me hanging out with my amazing family. My husband, Jake, and our two fantastic kids, Colt and Raegan, are my world. We’re big-time sports fans—baseball, softball, swimming, and soccer are our jam, but we’re up for anything!

I’ve been living in the greater Sacramento area for 27 years, so I know this place like the back of my hand. I’m always ready to share local tips and resources. I take pride in offering top-notch service to my clients and leading my team with passion. For me, it’s all about making you feel right at home.

Let’s find the right home loan for you

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Bridge

Bridge

If you’ve found the perfect new home but still need to sell your current one*, moving up can be easier than you think. You can buy quickly and avoid worrying about a contingent sale. Our short-term bridge loan for the down payment helps you transition seamlessly without missing out on the right home for your family.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.
Down payment assistance

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.

All loans are subject to underwriter approval; terms and conditions may apply. Subject to change without notice.

See my previous answer. In addition, the entire process of selling our home and finding a new one was very stressful for my husband and I. I tried other lenders and they were not as clear and helpful. Katie made this stressful process less so.
