Drake Dornfeld

We are a three generation family that has lived in Lakewood WA for 60 years. In the last several years crime has significantly increase. In our neighborhood we have had drownings, murder, shootings and many, many thefts. We finally decided it was time to move but we did not know if we would qualify. After beginning the search Drake Dornfeld was introduced to us. We are so grateful to have met him. I swear he removed every possible road block to help us and he spent hours and hours working on our needs, talking with us and encouraging us to stick to it. The paperwork and information required for a home loan is daunting. Drake and his team broke the information required into workable portions. Less than three months we closed on our dream house a completely restored almost 100 year old farmhouse on 4 acres in Eastern Washington. The nearest city is 30 miles away. I could never come up with enough positive comments for Drake. He is awesome! He spent hours with us during our pursuit of our perfect family home. We lived in Lakewood, Washington for 60 years. Raised our children and lived our lives. Lakewood has become infested with crime. After murders, drownings, and attempted kidnapping and many shootings and much theft. We decided it not going to get any better. We also wanted our grandchildren to grow up in a quieter, healthier environment. We were introduced to Drake shortly after beginning our home search. Drake is second to none when it comes to communication. Not only does he effectively communicate with home Buyers he is working with, but he keeps both Listing and Selling Agents up to date with any information that might be relevant to them. Communication is key in Real Estate and Drake knows how important it is for everyone to be on the same page.
