A home loan can be so much more than a home loan. That’s one of the most important messages Nick shares with his clients. The longtime Portland & SW Washington area resident and Oregon State graduate is well versed in a variety of loan types but especially enjoys helping first time buyers achieve the dream of home ownership. An excellent communicator, Nick takes a big picture approach to lending and often offers solutions to fit his clients’ overall financial needs. To that end, he helps clients consolidate other debts into their mortgage including car payments, credit card balances and medical bills and has used home equity to help parents pay for their kids’ college education. 

Outside the office, Nick is a competitive golfer who carries a scratch handicap. He travels all over the northwest competing at events like the Oregon Amateur Championship and the Royal Oaks Invitational. A self-starter, he also ‘hopped on YouTube’ and taught himself to play the piano & guitar, and now enjoys spending time playing classic rock songs from Journey and Queen to Bill Joel and Sir Elton. When he’s not golfing or rocking out, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to his favorite NW spots which include Cannon Beach, Bend, and Coeur d’Alene.
