Linda was a Realtor with Century 21 Cascade Pacific for over ten years in Clark, Cowlitz, and Skamania Counties. During her tenure at Century 21 Cascade Pacific, she was a five-time recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Producer Award for client service excellence. Awards were based on confidential surveys completed by Linda's clients, after closing, regarding the quality of Linda's customer service during their real estate transaction. Linda continues to provide customer service excellence to her mortgage clients as she helps them realize their dreams of home ownership.
Several years ago, an accident left Linda physically unable to show homes, so she had to leave real estate. Linda went to Clark College earning two AA degrees with honors. She transferred to Washington State University, Vancouver in 2017. Linda graduated Fall 2019 with Cum Laude honors, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and majoring in Finance. With her background and vast experience in real estate, becoming a mortgage loan officer was the perfect transition into a new career.
Linda lives in Vancouver with her dad, Harry, a 94 YO WWII vet, her Mini Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, Auzzie, and a cat, named Red. She loves spending time with her family and pets, woodworking, doing puzzles, playing board games, sailing, fishing, and camping.
Linda was born and raised in southern California. In 1990, Linda moved from California to the Oregon coast with her parents, then moved on her own to Portland later that same year. In 1997, Linda moved to Clark County, Washington, where she has lived since, except for one year when she lived in Sammamish, Washington.
Linda's parents were married over 56 years before her mom, Jean, passed away. She has an older brother, Steve, who still lives in California with his family.
