As a full-time Realtor over the last 10 yrs, I've met a lot of Loan Officers within the industry. Some are wonderful, some are not. Like any industry, there's always different levels of service, honesty, motivation, and professionalism. What prompted me to write this review is a recent email that Karen wrote to a client of mine (as well as some recent phone calls with Karen about another client situation). What has stood out to me in those conversations is how honestly Karen operates within her business. She doesn't try to pitch conversations or ideas in a round-about way to benefit herself over the client, and she constantly comes from a mindset of "what's best for the client?". As an agent, I appreciate this so much and hope that buyers recognize that they're lucky to have someone like this in their corner. Just wanted to say I appreciate your work Karen. For many, the end game plan still steers back to what's in it for them, but you've shown me multiple times what you prioritize and that's pretty awesome. Karen played such a positive and important role in our home buying process!
