Matt Price

Matt Price is a Mortgage Consultant for Guild Mortgage. He started in 1997 and worked in a variety of lending roles ranging from assisting several top loan originators, to originating his own loans, appraising homes, and even funding 2nd mortgages and auto loans for a local bank. Matt joined Guild Mortgage Company in 2009 and feels it is the best decision he ever made. Being a licensed wholesale banker allows him access to a vast array of lenders, a broad range of loan programs, on-site underwriting, and fast turn times from application to close.
