After serving in the US Navy, I started my finance career during college, and now I am a Mortgage Advisor. When shopping for the best mortgage loan, you deserve more than a “click here, get mortgage” online application. Most people think that picking the "lowest interest rate" is the obvious choice, but would it be helpful to know that this strategy often comes with additional costs that can rob the equity in your home. That is why I listen carefully to my clients and collaborate with my loan team to deliver the best loan options for you. Someone who will be there to help guide you through the paperwork process and changing regulations, versus some "online lowest rate" company. Every client is unique and has different circumstances. My goal is to make sure you get the home loan that fits your needs, since lending is not a "one-size" fits all process.

I have over 20yrs of mortgage lending experience and my expertise is in: VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, and Jumbo home loans. I also teach the WSHFC sponsored Home Buyer Education classes, which can help with several down payment assistance programs, and for many, you do not even need to be a 1st time buyer to be eligible for some of these programs.
