René is very knowledgable and professional, more importantly she "gets it." She was always available to answer our questions and did not seem bothered that we kept asking the same ones. She is so sweet and dedicated to doing right by her customers that when a broker asked her to do something unethical like disclosing our financial details to unauthorized parties and placing wording into a preapproval that we would take on 2 mortgages which we did not approve she stood firm and did the right thing. Sadly, this has caused that broker to behave childishly and withhold business from René. When I tell you that I was ready to walk away from both deals I mean it. I was ready to give up on a house that I love because the Realtor side was such an unorganized, chatoic nightmare, but René helped me push through. Thank you so much for everything you did and for not judging me during those evening freak outs when I had reached my limits.
