Their authentication process for uploading highly sensitive documents provided the necessary confidence. All communication included the loan officer, so we never had to update anyone. Fees were reasonable and transparent, with plenty of explanations of what was happening during the process. Our closing was uneventful, as all necessary documents were buttoned up days before the event. The only thing Guild Mortgage could have done to improve our experience is if they had rolled up their sleeves and helped us move in! Make it easy on yourself and consider Guild Mortgage before going with one of those large advertising loan companies. After all, how are they securing their marketing budgets?
