I'm Kathleya Gracida, a top-producing Loan Officer for Guild Mortgage. I was born and raised in the Philippines and currently live in North Salt Lake with my family. I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. I enjoy serving our community in Salt Lake through many non-profit organizations, Zumba, paddle boarding, skydiving, and watercolor painting.
I have worked in the mortgage origination business since 2000 and joined Guild in 2024. Over my career as a Loan Officer, I have closed millions of dollars of loan transactions, and my particular areas of expertise are VA and FHA.
