Moving cross country for 2nd time in about 2 years was already stressful enough so the thought of going through the mortgage process again was daunting. Our realtor referred us to the Anderson team at Guild and they were everything we needed and more. The housing market in Houston is and was on fire and the process to get the house we wanted proved very challenging but these guys/gals kept up with our ever changing needs through the very end. Even after the closing was final (and it pushed by a week due to some disconnects on the appraisal) this team kept in contact with us to ensure we were good and even a gentle reminder of 1st payment due. Just a real gem of a team to work with. You need help go with Team Anderson!
As a first time home buyer I initiated this whole process on a weaker footing inexperience! This is when someone you can trust is ideal. From the onset Jeff calmed my fears with relevant information and thorough knowledge that helped me make all the right moves that suit my pockets and comfort. I highly recommended Team Anderson!
I had a long-standing partnership with another mortgage company, and I got the opportunity to work with Jeff on a transaction and it was flawless. It was a very positive experience and I’ve since sent him several other transactions that have been just as smooth as the first one and I will continue to use Jeff and Guild Mortgage. They do a GREAT job for all parties & the communication is top knotch.
