After serving Tomball, Magnolia, Spring, Cypress, and the greater Houston area for 25 years, I am excited to have opened a Guild Branch in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The housing market in Houston is and was on fire and the process to get the house we wanted proved very challenging but these guys/gals kept up with our ever changing needs through the very end. Even after the closing was final (and it pushed by a week due to some disconnects on the appraisal) this team kept in contact with us to ensure we were good and even a gentle reminder of 1st payment due.
