I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Maddie Romero for her exceptional work as our agent. She has been incredibly thorough and quick to respond to all our inquiries, and always does so with a positive attitude. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication that Maddie puts into her job, and I know many of you feel the same way. It's always a pleasure working with someone who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! I feel blessed to have had her work for us!

Maddie was very communicative and made the whole process very easy and straightforward. The main thing she did that helped me was her dedication to organization and problem solving. Keeping an eye on the status of each of the documents I had to submit meant I was never behind on any deliverables, and any time I was missing something that needed to be delivered she would reach out promptly. Anytime I had a question or concern she was a phone call away. She was also incredibly helpful with putting out fires that came up throughout the process, from getting qualified to closing and paying escrow. She's bright, hard-working and cares deeply about her clients and the people she works alongside. I hope Maddie will be available to help me out with my future purchases and I highly recommend her.
