Heath Hanzlicek

I was born and raised in the tiny Texas town of West, TX (Yes, the kolache capital on IH-35).  My love of problem solving and numbers lead me to get my bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tarleton State University in 2014. Since then, I have been involved in the mortgage industry as a funder at different title companies and have established myself as a personal trainer on the side.  Now, I’m bringing my talents to Southwest Fort Worth via Guild Mortgage.

With this unique opportunity, I’m planning on turning every client I meet into a lifelong friend whether I close their loan or not.  My restless intent on finding the perfect program to match budgets, timeframes, and financial goals will wow and please even the toughest of borrowers. Leaning on the experience of my teammates and mentors, I’m planning on absorbing all the information from their expert tutelage to become a go-to mortgage lender for any and everyone.
