Latisha Perez was a HUGE blessing in our home buying process as first time VA buyers! She was able to work a lot of magic behinf the scenes of our transaction. She truly cares about putting families in homes of their dreams and will do whatever she possibly can to make the numbers work! I knew she was amazing based on other reviews but she FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. She was super communicative, clear on what was needed and was willing to help us re-work the finances to make the best decisions in this transaction. I can't thank her enough for all she did for us! Guild Mortgage and Latisha care about all families, especially Veteran families. We now pay less in our mortgage than we would an comperable apartment. THANK YOU TO LATISHA AND HER TEAM FOR BEING SO AMAZING! Not to mention, she got us closed SUPER quick!

Latisha is amazing at her craft! We were initially talking to a different lender (MidAmerica) as provided by Windsor our builder. The gentleman from MidAmerica was inflexible in our needs and didn't seem to care about us as a potential client. In stark contract when working with Latisha on all of our lender paperwork she was attentive and very on-point with all that was to be expected at signing. She clearly explained the legal jargon stayed in contact with us all the way through the end and even kept contact with us afterwards to ensure we had a smooth experience.I commend Latisha for her hard work and highly recommend her and her team!!
