Alan was great! Underwriting was more complicated than I expected but overall good experience

Alan was always very responsive and made sure I was informed about every step of the process. He made every effort to get me into a deal that worked best for me and I never felt he was pressuring me into anything to make a deal. As for NAF as a whole I have been very happy. I started my initial quest to be a homeowner 2 years ago and it did not quite work out until now. During that time NAF would check in, but never pressured me into getting into a home. I was able to do what I needed to do to be in the best position possible for my first home purchase at my pace. The company as a whole made the process easy to understand, and had a lot of tools to help. They set me up with my first realtor that didn't quite work out, the minute I said something they had me with another that I could not be happier with and got me my home. The convierge service was a great help as well.I will absolutely be recommending anyone that asks me to NAF
