⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently closed on a very challenging manufactured home transaction, and I cannot say enough about the dedication and persistence of Ryan and his team. This property was located in a floodplain, which required an elevation certificate, a retrofit, and additional engineering reports to verify that existing porches did not impede the structural integrity of the home. The original HUD tag was also missing, which meant additional steps to relocate and validate documentation. On top of that, the loan itself did not qualify right away and needed adjustments based on the requirements outlined by Mr. Kuhn. This process stretched out to nearly three months—yet Ryan kept it at the top of his priority list the entire time. He communicated consistently, problem-solved every roadblock, and worked closely with us to ensure that both the buyer and seller remained confident throughout the process.
