Kelly Ollendorff

Hello!  My name is Kelly Ollendorff, Senior Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage. I've been passionate about helping people own what matters since 2002!  My team (Team KO) is recognized for their high-trust and high touch approach to client relationships and for structuring optimal financing that is specific to meet the needs of each client. We also can help with refinances to help save money by shortening the loan term and or lowering the interest rate or taking cash out as needed. 

My passion for helping people realize their full potential began after I graduated from Miami of Ohio in 1988 where I moved to sunny Los Angeles and worked as an Elementary School Teacher in a bilingual classroom for a few years before moving and finding a home in Austin in 1993. My greatest pride and joy in life is my son, Alex who I managed to successfully raise as a single parent and now, he’s out of college and working in the Finance field. I spend my free time playing tennis, running around town lake with my dog and traveling a bit.  Have no fear…I’m notorious for bringing my laptop, answering calls and texts late at night and weekends whenever you are in need.
