Brent was extremely diligent and responsive during this entire process. This was our first time buying a home and he made sure to schedule time to educate us about the process. He was readily available if we had any questions and continued to stay in contact with us during the waiting period. I was not always the happiest when it came to how our paperwork was handled, however, this was not Brent’s fault and continued to push us through the process. To add to that, Brent was encouraging during the most discouraging times. He was patient and understanding when we were at peak frustration.
