Guild Mortgage opened its doors in 1960 to provide financing for homes built by the American Housing Guild in the San Diego Area. 50 Years later we are still going strong and have expanded to over 27 states. Your local Guild Branch in Columbia SC was formed in 2012 with a single minded goal - to deliver the greatest customer service experience possible. We have underwriting, processing and closing right here in Columbia to make sure your application is delivered quickly and professionally by local people who care about their Community. With 17 years of personal experience and a wealth of lending knowledge residing in our local processing team, Guild Mortgage is the best lending option available.
I have lived in South Carolina since 1993 and have called Columbia home for as long. If I am not at work, you may catch me fishing the salt marshes of the Lowcountry with my children and wife or cheering on the fighting Gamecocks at various sporting venues.
