First of all, Josh was incredibly intelligent and came up with a solution for my situation immediately whereas other mortgage brokers that I have spoken with weren’t even close to the solution he came up with. He made it extremely easy to go through the process. Furthermore, Danielle was amazing. Her follow-through and communication was awesome. She helped me correct an error on my credit score and got the company who made the error to provide the necessary paperwork to make the correction. I couldn’t even get a hold of the company and she made it happen!
