Just all around great customer service and communication.

I liked the fact that Carmen and her team was always available to answer any of my client's questions or mine. We set a date to close and even though my client sent the required documents late and they had to submit later to PHFA we close in time.

Carmen is excellent! Carmen would pick up the phone on her days off to answer any questions I had. If there was a better score then a 5 I would definitely give that to Carmen. Hands down the best highly recommended
