As first time buyers she spent time helping us understand the process and our options as well as work with our complicated financials. When we refinanced I shopped around but came back to Andrea as she gave the best service and rates. And unlike impersonal big online companies that constantly lure you in to refinancing Andrea was almost reluctant as she thought we already had a great loan (there were other factors that she saw and agreed it was a good option to proceed).
