Alex and his team are awesome! They will walk you through the whole home buying process, and answer any questions you have. They truly try and get you the best loan program and rate possible. Even halfway through the loan process the rates dropped and Alex didn't hesitate to get me a better interest rate! They also provide you with weekly updates during your loan process, which helps you not feel like you're in the dark and wondering what's going on. Overall a very good experience!

First off, I must admit, as a businessman myself, I am my least favorite type of client. “Needy!” I had to have called Alex at least six or seven times a day, which is not an understatement. I am the guy who thinks he is someone's only customer. This was my first time purchasing a home. It was very stressful, not because of Alex but because I did not have all my ducks in a row. It didn't matter what the issue that arose was; Alex, every single time, had multiple people he could call to sort things out. He always reassured me that it was no big deal and that he had it handled. Looking back, I did not need to worry. I called him on weekends, at 9 o'clock at night, etc.… I even called on a Saturday when he drove to Idaho to get his family a new puppy, and he still answered. When Alex says not to worry, he's got this, he truly means it. I will never go through anyone else when buying a home, and I highly recommend Alex to anyone and everyone. He ensured we got the best rate possible and even called multiple times to say he found a better rate or way to save us money. Lastly, when it came to the day we had to sign, our boys, 3 and 8 months, were not behaving. Alex held our 8-month-old and kept him happy so we could get things done worry-free. They say trust a dog's instincts about a person. I say trust a baby. Our son Sawyer doesn't let anyone hold him. He loved Alex. Thank you, Alex, for guiding my needy, stressed-out self through this process. We are so happy and now living the dream.
