Alex made the loan process as smooth as possible and was always there to answer any questions any time of the day whether through text, phone call or email. He was timely and went above and beyond explaining the details of the documents and processes since my husband and I had many questions since we are new homebuyers. Being able to sign all our documents electronically was a plus and made the process really smooth. If any documentation was required they emailed me right away and everything was taken care of on the spot! This has been the best experience working with Guild Mortgage and Alex and we will definitely work with them again in the future.

Alex worked tirelessly to make sure my loan process went smoothly. He even came to my house for our first meeting. I got an offer for my home with a contingency to be out in 30 days (during the holidays) and Alex was able to get me pre-approved for a home loan in 24 hours. When the seller wanted to close 2 days early, he managed that as well. I was able to close on the sale of my home and get into my new home within 30 business days. Incredible!

Alex Gardner at Guild Mortgage is absolutely amazing. We lost our loan 75 days into escrow with another lender and he was able to salvage it and finalize the deal in the 3 weeks. Through the whole step of the way he kept us informed of the process and how the loan works. We didn't have to send multiple documents in to him over and over like the other lender.
