Considered by both her clients and realtors as one of the most creative and conscientious lenders, Rhonda takes the time to pre-underwrite her clients loan applications with care- providing for a smooth closing each and every time- with no surprises! As a direct lender, we have the most competitive rates without all of the investor "overlays" that so commonly trip up transactions in today's market. We use local appraisers that know our area and its unique qualities. Our underwriters and funding department are also right here in Oregon and we are in daily communication with them regarding our loans in process. Customer service is priority one- from the first phone call and throughout the loan process, including real-time loan status updates to our borrowers, as well as the realtors on the transaction.
