Justin is the best in the business. Not only does he get your loan through when you need it, he goes all the extra miles. I've asked him crazy things before in my home buying journey. Such as can you get me a loan for a house on an island only accessible by boat? He was able to figure it out. That and he watches your loan to make sure when the time is right to refinance, you get the best terms possible. You can't ask for a better choice both financially and for customer service!

My experience with Justin Williams of UHM was PHENOMENAL. He was articulate, concise, and exceptionally transparent with everything going on. He set realistic expectations of timelines for everything, which I personally took as a “time to beat”; he was completely on board and laughed along the way with me. He understood the assignment: we went from application to closing in no time, and even closed NINE DAYS EARLY! Not to mention the personal touch- he even attended my closing!! For some, like investors, buying a property isn’t a big deal. For myself, it was a huge purchase, as I’m starting all over again after a recent split from my ex.
