We have had an AMAZING experience with David Lee and his team, The David Lee Group. My son was denied by his own bank; another bank didn’t even take minutes to turn him down. A Google search led us to David Lee. We told him about the two denials we experienced. What motivated me to try my son’s application was his "no guarantee, but we will help you" attitude. 10/4/2022, when we started filling out the forms online; 2/15/2023, when escrow closed. The delay was caused by many factors. My son, who’s a tip-based busser in Las Vegas, would not pass the income-to-debt ratio (the reason he was denied in 2 previous applications). David guided my son on what to do to correct the problem. He added my daughter as my son’s co-signor. The documentation process was a breeze despite the fact that the applicant's co-signor lives in California and David and my son had not met in person.
