Diane has been in the mortgage industry for several years working as a Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Branch Manager, Quality Assurance Auditor and Closing/Funding Specialist.  She possesses a genuine passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals.  She understands that buying a home is not just a financial transaction; it is a deeply personal and emotional journey.  She takes great pride in providing guidance and support to all her clients throughout this process, ensuring they feel empowered and confident in their decisions.  She is well-versed in the latest mortgage industry regulations and possess a strong understanding of Underwriting guidelines. Diane loves spending time with her husband, Kevin, riding their Goldwing motorcycles, touring the back roads and highways of New Hampshire.  She’s even trying to find ways to take their pet house goose, Gladys, on motorcycle trips with them.  Gladys lives in the house, wears a diaper and sleeps on their bed at night.  Gladys was discovered by a local newspaper in 2013 and even appeared on NatGeo Wild’s “Unlikely Animal Friends” reality program April, 2015.
