My name is Melissa Clement and I have been a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer since January 2014. I am the spouse of a Retired Marine with over 20 years of active duty service, and our family has experienced multiple military PCS moves.
Through my highly motivating and ambitious attitude, I am able to alleviate the many stresses of buying or refinancing a home to ensure a smooth transaction. Being a Mortgage Loan Officer who has great communication and the ability to explain complex information in a simplified way is what I provide to each of my clients and/or Realtor business partners. I have met many families who arrive to the area with a moving truck and nowhere to live. This is where I thrive in asking the pertinent questions to ensure a seamless mortgage transaction for an expedited closing.
