Sylvia Ontiveros has been in the mortgage business for 30 years doing all types of home loans.

More than just doing loans, Sylvia has concentrated on trying to make new home buyers’ dream come true. The satisfaction received from seeing those smiles on the new buyers when the keys are handed over, is so satisfying and a remarkable feeling. No compensation is better than that.  Serving the rural areas, serving the less fortunate areas and the families attached to these areas, has been her goal in the mortgage business. 

Education has been a major role in obtaining these homes for the underserved areas and families. Sylvia has tried to make a difference by educating these families on what it means, what it entails to own a home so they can move forward and feel proud to own a home for their families and their families after that.

Owning a home has always been the “American Dream”. Sylvia has tried to make that available to everyone.  Sylvia longs for everyone to have a mansion of their own. If even a small mansion but a place they can call their own. Sylvia’s dream is to serve those communities that need this type of help the most so they can also obtain that “American Dream”.
