Jennifer Cunningham is a mortgage banker who originates in the states of Kansas, Missouri and in her home state of California. She was raised by a young single mother who immigrated to the United States as a refugee from Cuba. Jennifer spent her childhood in Los Angeles and moved to the Midwest as a teenager. In December of 2000 she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, making her the first person in her family to graduate from college.
After college she started a career in real estate sales, where she worked through the recession. In 2011 she transitioned into the lending industry and has never looked back. She prides herself in working with the highest level of integrity and service. This has earned her repeat business and referrals from those who know and trust her. Her motto is to make sure that every borrower is “over prepared” for their home purchase or refinance. She understands the importance that each transaction means to that borrower and all other parties involved.
Jennifer lives in Overland Park Kansas with her husband and daughter. She is also the proud mother of a son who is actively serving in the US Army. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and gardening.
