I’ve been a mortgage lender for over 26 years. I am very knowledgeable on FHA, VA, Conv, and USDA loans. I’ve helped hundreds if not thousands of people to acquire their first, second and third homes over the decades, and I would be honored to do the same for you and your family. To be honest with you, that’s my biggest reward – getting my clients to the closing table.

I have also assisted many people with succeeding in the investment side of the industry. When I created Equal Mortgage with Steve Chapa, we helped to show a lot of people in the St. Louis metropolitan area on how to make a very good living investing into the real estate market with purchasing only three to four houses their first year. We were quite successful and fulfilled a lot of folk’s dreams.

Shortly after the change in the industry in 2008-2009, I stepped away from the industry to help my ailing father run the family business while he was in the hospital from a stroke. Over the next year and a half, I lost my father and last two brothers. So, things got dark for a while.

I returned to the mortgage industry a few years after that because that’s what I knew and loved. Besides playing my guitar and singing I must say, the mortgage industry still had a hold on me. My passion of getting my clients to the closing table and seeing the smiles on their faces was priceless. So, I obtained my license and returned.

Since returning, I’ve tried several mortgage companies. But they all seemed to lack some things I felt were very important. I’m the kind of person that wants to wow you. And I didn’t feel that with the prior companies.

Well, I feel it now!!
