I can't recommend Christopher enough! Before deciding to work with Christopher I talked to multiple lenders and neither was able to provide the solutions he had handy. I refinanced 10 properties right after purchase at the appraised price (not purchase price) which typically requires a 6 to 12 month seasoning period (he named this strategy 'note to llc'). His understanding of the finance market and creative solutions are unmet. I particularly enjoyed his proactive communication and solution focused attitude. If you have an opportunity to work with Christopher --> go for it!
