Welcome! I’m Marcy Dial, a Michigan native who loves family, community, and the thrill of exploring life to its fullest. I’ve always been passionate about serving others, and that shines through both in my personal and work life.

Who I Am

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, John, and together we have three amazing kids who keep us busy with sports, volunteering, and community events. Our family thrives on adventure and laughter, and we cherish every moment spent together, whether it’s on the sidelines of a game or enjoying a weekend at the beach. Helping others and staying involved in the community is at the core of who I am, and I believe that life is meant to be embraced, even when things get hectic.

I don’t believe in a traditional work-life balance—everything in my life flows together. Whether I’m at a sporting event, volunteering, or working with clients, I’m fully present in the moment. Life is busy, but I find joy in being there for my family, community, and clients, no matter what’s on my plate.

What sets me apart is my heart for building strong relationships and my commitment to communication. I’m always available for my clients, meeting them where they are, whether that’s buying a first home, refinancing, or planning for the future. I love to educate and empower people, making sure they feel confident and informed at every step.

When I'm not in the mortgage world, I enjoy spending my free time engaging in marketing, social media management, and event planning. These activities allow me to stay creative and connected within the community, further enriching my personal and professional life.
